Biography:
For more than 20 years, Jonscott has led his industry as an established change-maker for global businesses, organizations, and their leaders. Jonscott infused his expertise with diverse experiences as a trusted business advisor, leadership & behavioral change agent, and courageous problem solver. He’s skilled at diagnosing and repairing organizational inefficiencies and cultural problems while creating and implementing intuitive strategies to accelerate progress and erase dysfunction.
By serving in high-level capacities as a senior-level consultant, director, founder, and C-Suite executive working with innovative and global companies, Jonscott has accumulated an exceptional and actionable understanding of the technical, behavioral, and cultural impacts that make or breaks leaders and organizations. His work underpins dynamic cultures, teams, and many critical leadership vectors resulting in transformational successes for leaders and teams.
As a pioneer in the international consulting field, Jonscott founded and led multiple international management consulting and advisory initiatives across more than 50 countries. He specializes in inclusive and diverse strategies, leveraging technologies, innovative leadership dynamics, and cultural alignment for Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, and private equity firms. His work enables leaders and organizations to be more successful through leveraging emerging and cutting-edge Web3.0 technologies, improved communications, agility, trust, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Jonscott earned his undergraduate degree in International Business and Marketing and was the valedictory recipient of a Master’s degree in Psychology, both from Manhattan College in NYC. For more than 20 years, he has been serving as an undergraduate and graduate school adjunct Professor, instructing students on subjects including International Business & Marketing, Consumer Psychology, and Organizational Leadership.
In his personal time, Jonscott enjoys traveling with his family. He’s passionate about experiencing the world first person. He enjoys photography, is a lifelong soccer player/coach, and Shinto Go Ju 2nd-degree black belt (Nidan). He’s competed in numerous competitions and endurance races, notably the NYC Marathon and 140.6 miles (226 km) Ironman Triathlon.
