Biography:
Carmina Jaro is a Product Manager for Conversational Banking at the Swiss radicant bank. She is also the Co-Founder and Member of the Board at MetaverseTalks, the leading non-profit association for Metaverse and NFTs in Switzerland. Before joining the radicant bank, Carmina worked in two successful chatbot start-ups, one in Zurich and one in New York. Prior to that, she was the Principal Client Service Project Manager and Head of Speech Projects at Nuance Communications. Carmina got her Masters’s Degree in Linguistics from the University of Barcelona, with further education at the Universities of Zurich and Bristol, UK. Carmina is considered one of the top international experts on chatbots and speech technologies. She is interested in innovation and AI, especially in the context of conversational solutions.
