Biography:
Darko leads the EY Law and Digital Law Financial Services practices in Switzerland and is based in Zurich.
Darko has over 12 years experience in the financial services industry where he has been advising various Swiss and global clients regarding regulatory driven transformation, digital transformation (focus on FinTech, RegTech, DLT/Blockchain, digital assets, Web3 and metaverse), license application procedures, cross-border banking, regulatory research and mapping, legal managed services, M&A and legal/regulatory due diligence.
He is an Attorney-at-law and Notary Public, and has a law degree from the University of Zurich (UZH), a Certificate of Advanced Studies UZH in Financial Market Law, and a LLM UZH in International Banking and Finance Law. Darko is also a lecturer of those degree programs.
